And it IS fixed ip? ETRN and Imail relay won't work w/o fixed ip. (Imail
can't relay to a moving target)
ok, then their Exchange machine, alone, has to crawl out from behind NAT
and initiate ETRN to the Imail machine.
btw, Imail doesn't have a "HOLD customer.com mail for ETRN" like some other
mailers, so as soon as Imail accepts mail to relay, it will start banging
away on the remote ip address, every X minutes for Y times until it times
out and bounces the mail back to sender.
Each Imail failed attempt will litter up your sysMMDD.txt Imail logs with
MX connect fail
