Mailall is just a one time command line send for a text based message. An
alternative is to use make list to create a list that you can point to send
through an alias. This supports the use of any standard mail client. You
just need to run the make list before sending, a regular schedule as needed
etc would be best. If you do that you will miss a few new accounts but it
would cause you the minimum work as you could have anyone do the actual
message send.
We use Rodopi and would be interested in the scripts. We have looked at
several but none to date have been 100%. We have urged both sides (Imail &
Rodopi) as well as our ISP sign-up software guys (WebSurfer) to look at
this. Potential is there for a smooth integration and a great partnership
for easy ISP administration (Access & Mail). But I'm sure each has their
own agenda and none include such an integration at this time.
