This sounds like a valuable resource.
One way to approach the attachments issue is to push for lowest
common denominator documents - text or rich text, GIF or JPEG -
especially in mixed platform environments. Any thoughts as to what
direction you'll take on this?

Perhaps posted to a website, as well, so one can just include a clickable URL?
Do you suppose your docs will be available to others of us?
