First attempt at answer:
1- No, it's not prebuilt. Someone did whack up a scheme to locate the
extinct based on the dates on the *.mbx files, I think, and then a script to
remove them. Not in use, here, so I don't know. This "answer" is included
here for completeness, only.
2- It's going to be far, far easier to just move the whole batch to a new
drive. There is an excellent article in the KB on this topic.
3- Userdir is the user's home directory for email. Flags is the list of
permissions, admin status, etc. IMail should use both. I think I saw an
announcement that there is a new KB article on the Flags item just this
week.
4- I can turn on or off the internet headers in web messaging, but I'm using
Ron's HKSI templates. I'm not too sure where this option would be in the
IMail templates, but the possibility is there.
Hope this helps.

Subject: [IMail Forum] few questions need addressing
1- I do not see any pre-built function in the IMAIL software to delete users
whose account has not been accessed for the past x days.
So I was thinking to have the database in access using ODBC, and when the
user authenticate with the database, the NOW() is stamped in an additional
field there. Anyone dealt with this?
2- C:\IMAIL\USERS assume my drive is running out of space, I need to put
more users on a second drive, what do you sugguest (without replacing the
current drive)
3- THe ODBC database as required by Imail has fields called userdir and
flags, what are they for and who populates them
4-Can you see the message headers if you are using Web access to your mail?
thanks guys
