Andrew,
Check your mouse-overs on the "Delete" "Reply" "Forward", etc. buttons from
within a message in webmail. Does the hyperlink diplay as "!delete", etc.
If so, you'll need to edit the buttontxt.ini file and remove all question
marks. This solved the problem for us.

Ever since we loaded 6.03 our Apple customers are complaining that they
cannot delete mail when using their browser. They can delete using a email.
Does anyone have a solution (opposed from the obvious one)?
