Andrew,

If you're using the stock Ipswitch templates, your Mac IE users won't be
able to delete, reply to, reply to all, or forward messages. It has to
do with a variable-naming conflict between the template's Javascript and
the web messaging cgi, that only Mac IE J-script has trouble with.
Ipswitch had promised a fix "mid-March", so maybe their current
templates are fixed, but if so they haven't announced it.

You can either (try to) force your Mac users to use Netscape, fix the
stock templates yourself (about a 2-hr job if you know Javascript well),
or get our templates... links below.
