Susan,
The instructions concerning the makelist program have one caveat. If you
don't set up a list in Imail, that can be updated before any message being
sent to all of your users, you will have to do a lot of cut and paste when
you want to update your address book with new customers. I have a list
created called everybody, and I run a batch file calling makelist to update
the list before a broadcast message. This procedure was provided to me by
the excellent resources on this list.
Let me know if this might be a better solution for you, and I will be glad
to show you what I did to accomplish this.
