On my SQL server setup...

I have SQL server and Imail on the same computer. When the system boots,
the services start prior to the DB and it doesn't re-try the
connection.. If I restart the services, then it's all good. Does this
other DLL supposed to get around this, or are you possibly experiencing
the same problem?
