The static IP addresses are in the relay for addresses field. If we check the relay
for local hosts, this will not affect the ETRN then...is this correct?

they have to use a fixed ip address as a security measure. ETRN is not
authenticated.

if they have fixed ip, then put those ip's in your relay for addresses
if they don't have / can't get fixed ip's, then there is a way to use a
single POP account to get them their mail.
