Yes this problem has been around for a while now. I've asked IPSwitch about
it and they have given me the impression that they have no idea how to fix,
there normal answer is to stop and start the service.

Subject: [IMail Forum] TCP-1 Errors
I just installed 2 new servers: a new DNS server and a new WEB HOSTING
server. Both seem to be up and running fine for 3 days now. However, at the
same time I installed these servers, I also changed the IP of my existing
Imail 6.03 server. Now when I go to the Web Admin page, I get a TCP-1 error
on both service (DNS and Web). I checked the settings in Imail Admin and
even stopped and re-started the monitor service. The only settings I changed
when moving the IP address was in the Imail Adminitsrator and the one
setting in the Registry. Have I overlooked anything here? Has anyone run
into this before?
