Jonathon,

When changing the IP or HostName under NT, it does not reliably update the
HOSTS file. Open Notepad, then File Open: \winnt\system32\drivers\etc\hosts
(no extension). It should show the loopback address on one line, then your
NEW ip and the hostname on another line. (probably find the OLD IP,
instead). Make sure there is <CRLF> at the end of the file, or last line
will not be 'readable'.
