1) I am getting ready to order my hardware. The lowest class processor I
can get from our chosen vendor is Pentium III. I will have a maximum of
2,000 users, mostly POP/SMTP and web-based access. What disk space, memory,
and MHz requirements should I go with (it's a school system, not unlimited
on funds)? Also, should I get 4 net cards or bind all IPs to one?

2) Would I be able to run the server with the following setup: 4 IP
addresses (iMail domain 1 with web on 8383, iMail domain 2 with web on
8383, MS Internet Information Server domain 1 with web on 80, Internet
Information Server domain 2with web on 80), on the IIS domains' web sites
include a redirect link to automatically redirect users to the first two
IP/ports, and still be able to live to tell about it? All traffic is fairly
low.

Thanks for putting up with newbie questions!

no, one http daemon per port.
