Hey cool. I checked the logs and saw that it was an "unrecognized 
Cipher" (or something to that extent). When I did it the first time, 
the instructions said to move "One or more Ciphers" to the list of 
Ciphers used. So I just moved one. I did the whole ball of wax again 
and this time moved them all over to the list of Ciphers used. Guess 
that did the trick. I checked right afterward and it didn't work. 
Guess it took awhile to take hold.
