I'm quite sure the default SSL port for IMail is 8383, not 8384. If you are
connecting from behind a proxy, you might have a problem with the secure
connection setting in the browser.

Assuming you are using the IMail default SSL port of 8384, then be
sure that the URL that you type into your browser looks like this:
https://yourdomain.com:8384
Both the "s" and the ":8384" are required to connect via SSL.
