We do not yet have Active Directory up and running. I am guessing that when
we do, we will query the A-D LDAP server instead of the Imail one since my
Imail server is using the NT database.

Same as above. Win2K Pro prior to the installation of Outlook 2K works and
fails afterwards

That will do in the future, but we are in a hiring mode and the Email admin
I just hired would prefer that things just work. His work around is to
export the list in LDIF format and distribute new address books
