FYI, I had this problem a few years ago with a mail client I was using, and it was a
Microsoft product that was not doing the wrapping. I think it was either Outlook or
Outlook Express.
A *lot* of E-mail clients do not insert CRLFs. I know this because when I quote a
reply in Eudora, often it will have a ">" followed by about 5 lines of text, and I
have to manually enter in the extra ">"'s.
