no, the consensus here is that tropicalwebcreations.net should be the default hostname and mail.tropicalwebcreations.net should be the alias. This means the "reply to:" for a user account will be automatically tropicalwebcreations.net and not mail.tropicalwebcreations.net.
That makes sense. I do it the opposite because that's the way ipswitch says it should be, at lease as an example. I just take out the "mail." when I set up an e-mail account.
