That was my first guess, but doesn't seem to be the case. The problem can
occur at any stage in a user session.

Ipswitch support haven't been able to shed any light on the problem so I
don't hold much hope for finding a fix any time soon.. :-/

Is this the 12-minute timeout problem, magnified by the slowness of
connections over the modem?
