The Imail6 manual is best place, for understanding how to set up Imail,
DNS, and NT for relaying mail. page 39
For ETRN, your client will need a fixed ip address. If he doesn't have
that, then he can't use ETRN.
Others here will explain how to do it with POP3 protocol.
