TeraTerm with SSh add-on (ttsh) and Putty come to mind... putty is extremely
small and could run from a floppy... you want more features use TeraTerm
with SSH add-on... works pretty good, can't beat the price. I've used
SecureCRT, FSSH, and these two. I normally just use TeraTerm w/SSh now.
Any decent search engine will point you in the right direction.
