It could be...that's why I'm asking because I wasn't sure if this was the
case. I mean our user is on Outlook 2000 using Rich Text but the other
users may not be...since some get it and others don't...I can't confirm that
since these are clients that our user is sending to.

Isn't this something to do with sending messages from Outlook in Rich text,
but the recipient not using Outlook as their mail client?
