I would love to send you a screen capture. Can you give me instructions how
to capture a screen on a mac? I'm no Mac user, and the client on the Mac is
about as computer illiterate as they get. Thank you.

Actually I'd better confirm the steps necessary to create an account on OE
for Macs. Help me out here if you would.
1)new account\account name = whatever----account type = pop or Imap
2)preferences\full name = whatever----email address =
[EMAIL PROTECTED] = whatever
sending mail\ smtp server = mail.domain.com----Receiving mail\account ID =
user%domain.com (virtual domain)----pop server = mail.domain.com
account name = what is this for?

Sincerely,

Bobby Cannon

Sure they have OE v5.0 and I do not have this issue.
But then again I do not have the issue that you are having.

Can you send me a screen capture?
