Actually most of the major (National/International) ISPs have this
information readily available at their web sites.  By researching all of
them I learned enough to get my first tech support job.  Just about every
known Email client is covered (less folks still running Commodores).  I've
even seen set-ups for Dreamcast machines.

Regrettably my reference library went bye-bye last fall, due to a scum
sucking ..... FreeBSD developer wannabe, (contact me off line if you must
know his name) who decided to experiment with my web site since I didn't
have any live online web pages, just a personal reference library.

Anyway I think this would be reinventing the wheel
