Actually, I'm sorry that this is turning into a lengthy discussion. Someone
DID offer to send (= "email") a Resource Kit utility to another party.
Since these utilities can be found on Microsoft's web site, I had pointed
out the reasons why it would be more prudent to DOWNLOAD a legal copy, than
to use a slightly questionable form of "distribution".
This turned into a short follow-up discussion why "free" software does not
mean "freely distributable". So it's possible that you and I are in fact
discussing two different issues.
