It is PART of the NT Resource Kit product, which includes books AND a
CD-ROM - and which is NOT free. Of course, you COULD say, that your car
comes with a FREE engine under the hood. <g>

I was only pointing out that only Microsoft has the right to "give it away"
and to distribute it. Something that is licensed for free is NOT the same as
donating it to public domain! Unless the author says, go and give it to your
friends - you may NOT.
