I'll agree that it is a very poor decision on IMail's part not to gracefully handle
the situation. But, they stated the limit. Either you live with it, or find other
software.

But do you have any steps in place to prevent your customers from creating mail loops?
If not, is whose fault is it if a mail loop occurs?
