I'd have to agree with Ron,
I've run Imail now for six (6) months without an Imail related problem. The
one problem I did have a couple of days ago was a case of anti-virus software
going wacko and first binding itself to port 25 and then refusing to acknowledge
it was bound to port 25.
Imail was toast, true, but it was nothing to do with the software. Unistalled
and reinstalled the virus program and now everything is fine.
I'm certain people are having issues and problems, but I've dealt with exchange,
I've dealt with Notes and Imial fits price and functionality very well. Where
else are you going to get a package with unlimited users, upgrades, and tech
support (granted, some question the vaulue of this) for $2K?

Two thoughts:
1) Beware of the "grass is always greener" trap. Every piece of
software has its own issues, every company its own weaknesses.
2) This is a problem-oriented list, so you'll get a very jaded
view of IMail if you hang out here without keeping that in
mind. There are over 10,000 IMail installations out there, and
we hear about 2 or 3 significant problems a day here, the
majority of which are caused by user error or 3rd party software.
