I meant using Exchange as an inhouse e-mail + solution...not multi-domain

Internet-only, multi-domain mail server should be flogged...

Besides, I'm sure you'll see ample anti-Microsoft talk in the Exchange
circles.. :)

Mark - you did try disabling IMAP right? We've found tons of 100% CPU
quirks there ASIDE from the DoS.
