I have one user who manages their domain (they were actually the reason that we got Imail - allowed the user to admin themselves) and we have not had any large obvious problems. They call us once in a while with a simple question and I keep them informed as to what the big pitfalls are (with alias loops and such...) For the other 60+ domains we have , they just send us an e-mail when they want a user added since it takes literally 1 minute to do... I guess it all comes down to who you trust to admin that sort of thing. If there is a person who you think would not be a good idea if they admin their own domain, don't tell them about the feature or say you do not support it. What the experience here with ISP's allowing client to manage their own Imail virtual host? Meaning the Imail syttem admin persons delegates a client as full "host admin" for the client's mail domain? Do clients want this? do ok? screw it up? abuse it? Is it a manageable commercial proposition? Do you charge extra for the host admin feature? Thanks, Len Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
