Thanks for the book links, I promise to read them, and the screen shot (big help). I have to set up about 35 domains with IMail,Calendar and Web services and I want to make sure I get it right the first time or at lest the 10th time <g>.
All you have to do is get one setup right and then just dupe that for the others. Not too easy clone-a-zone in W2K MMC, but that's your choice.
I am I getting closer or should I seriously consider hiring some help?

you've added NS records, good, but with errors: lose the trailing "." on the NS datafield.
your mail server is an open relay.
