Yes, I
run a 100% Win2K operation. Compatible in MS speak does not mean
compliant<g>. But, I'm guessing that granitecanyon does not run Win2K, and
they have no problem with doing a transfer. When they do one that is. Now, if
the next drop of BIND would get out the door, I could start the port to Win2K
and be happy. I didn't want to spend the time on the curent
version.
Anyway, I sent David some info and a screenshot
directly.

Are you running W2K DNS on your NS's? Because David's SOA seems to be broken in the same way yours way yesterday, so show him how to fix that. Then maybe between the two of you you can figure out why your ns's aren't answering authoritatively to dig or anybody else.
If the W2K DNS has the master/slave feature, maybe a W2K slave ns doesn't require the master ns to be authoritative to perform a zone transfer of non-authoritative data.
