Hi, I am running IMail 5.04. When i try to Add a Virtual Host from within the Web Messaging system, having logged on as a user with Host and System Administator priveliges, i get an error message: Invalid Top Directory name. Host can not be added. This is the Input data: ---------------------- Official Host Name: testing.com Aliases: Top Directory Name: C:\imail\mail\testing.com [NOTE: i have tried with relative, non-relative and just the plain domain name for this field] Default Maximum Mailbox Size: 0 Def. Max. Messages: 0 Single Message Maximum Size: 0 Maximum User Count: 0 Virtual IP: SELECTED The server is connected to an MSSQLServer database for storing user details. Another curious thing is that when i add a domain from the IMail Administrator and select the "External Database" option, it doesn't actually save that parameter to the registry until, i re-click the option once the domain has been created. It works fine however if i user the adddomain.exe utility. Has anyone had the same problem? Alex Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
