We had a similar setup here, where users would log on to the web site using a
username/password in a SQL database, and would then have to log on to IMail using the
same username/password in LDAP. For the password changing, I just changed it so that
users couldn't change their password in IMail (I just took the option off the screen).
To change their password, they just use the same option they had before IMail was
available (in a different location on the web site).
