I don't see anything wrong with those headers (except for a few headers that span 
multiple lines that don't start with whitespace, but that's because of line wrapping 
that got added later).  That doesn't mean there is nothing wrong with the headers, but 
it does mean that Microsoft seems to be the one at fault.
