[IMail Forum] saving e-mail address?

Has anyone had trouble when trying to save the e-mail address of someone 
that sends mail?

when someone pushes the "Save Address" button, this error comes up:

Unable to open internet address
http://mail.yourdomain.com:8383/Xadf6cb9f9dc8c89acbc97b7ceb6b/saveaddr.cgi
Connection with server was reset.
