I've not ever seen that happen. so no, I do not have any particular help I
can offer. Just more questions, like: What version of IMail and what version
of Templates are being used?
Are you following the instructions on the web page? What does that page say
for 'adding' a user? Have you tried a different browser?
The only thing I can offer you to try is to open the users.lst file with
notepad, and after each '>', hit the Enter key, to add the <CRLF> (no <CRLF>
actually shown!) after each address. Be sure to do this on ALL lines (just
one address per line, no spaces), so your cursor ends up on a 'blank' line.
Now save the file. If you can now add a user via the web and it works OK, it
is fixed. If not, then I'm not sure what else we can try except to rename
the user.lst file and start a new one, entering the addresses over again
(but not cut and paste from old users.lst).
