I think you are looking for something on the server, that users can
query, to get the local addresses as this is the only way i can
think of that would not require the user to carry a floppy with his
addresses. For that, IMail provides the LDAP service which stores
all the users info that you and IMail created when the user was
created, or you (or your users) enter afterwards. The newer versions
of many IMAP4 clients, include the client end for getting addresses,
when a user starts typing (or searches). I've used NS to do this,
and it was just finding the settings (the hard part!) and trying out
a few things, to get it working. I seem to remember trying OE, too
and that worked. Don't know about Eudora.

LDAP can provide as much info as you want, but also to others
outside your system. You might want to limit access to the port from
outside your router, then I and the spammers, cannot get it.
