Thanks for the reply.  I am aware of the functions of LDAP as we have it 
Implemented on our server.  The solution that I was trying to provide was 
to replicate a scenario that I found in a local university.

The University had users on both Macs and PCs.  The users used clients 
called Simeon, and Execmail.  I'm told that these users were able to store 
personal address books (Not a general LDAP directory) and retrieve them 
from any Mac or PC terminal.  I was wondering if anything like this was 
possible with Imail.
