[IMail Forum] pop3 problem

anybody can help me to explain what's wrong with the pop3 service of imail. So far we just use imail 6.0 as our email server, and it have worked fine for couple months. But recently, sometime pop3 can not work,  our users can not reach pop3 service until I stoped and restarted it. another problem is if the pop3 can not work our users can not use web based email anymore. I need help. Thanks a lot gary liu
