In IE5.0, you go to "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Delete Files". This should
delete all cached files. Close the browser and restart it to make sure it doesn't
have any cached in memory.
Next, go to "Tools" -> "Internet Options" -> "Settings" -> "View Files." You will see
all your cookies here (time to eat them!), but there shoudn't be any other files. If
there are, your browser isn't working properly. If there aren't, and the browser is
still using cached pages, it isn't working properly.
FYI, when you make changes on the IMail server to the HTML files, IMail sometimes
caches them. Some people claim to have ".PAR"(?) files that you can delete to fix the
problem. I think I found that by stopping and restarting the web messaging service it
would clear the cache.
