The bug appears to be related to the number of IP addresses on the system, I
am just going through the laborious task of working out approx how many IP
addresses trigger the problem.
I am nearly there as it between 130 and 150 IP addresses. Not sure how many
you guys normally run, I definitely need it more into the 500's region.

as an aside this forum seems to be running really slow today, 2-3 hours to
receive your message, weird...

I just did it 3 times, and sent a msg immediately after each restart, all 
is ok.  But I'm not running ODBC, just Imail internal.
