I'm such a retard...... I was looking for something like that around the "from" field... I was thinking like OE, and I wasn't thinking right..... I assumed (the death of many) that the little arrow was for "send now", "send later" kind of thing.

Yes. Look under the options menu. Or, click on the little teeny down arrow to the right of the send button.
