That works fine if you choose the internet e-mail only option when you install outlook.  If you also have an exchange server, you have to choose the workgroup or corporate option, and it takes the drop down arrow next to the send button away.  Anybody know how if this is the case?

I'm such a retard...... I was looking for something like that, and I wasn't thinking right..... I assumed (the death of many) that was for "send now", "send later" kind of thing.

Yes. Look under the options menu. Or, click on the little teeny down arrow to the right of the send button.
