Ron,
No, I'm afraid I do not know what is happening or what you might do to 'fix'
it. Normally the Subject line of the AutoResponder, would be the first line
of text in the file used for that autoresponder. Looks like the %s caused it
to use the first line of the whole message (in this case, the headers first
line), instead. I see you used 7bit encoding (I'm assuming that means ASCII,
it usually does) and not HTML. That is good. I cannot think of anything else
to try, right now.
Well, maybe, just for grins, a different mail client? Could try Web
Messaging and imail1.exe to send the orginal message. Maybe a capital S
instead of the lowercase (although the KB shows lowercase)? These are things
I'd try if I were testing it.
Maybe one of the other Ipswitch people on the list, who might have more
knowledge/experience with AutoResponders, might contribute, too!
If I get some time, I'll try these things myself and anything else I can
think of!
