[IMail Forum] Can't access IMail outside the gateway

My user can't open up the IMail login page if she is out of the gateway. 
If she access the login page (http://mail.bsu.net:8383 ) within the network, there are 
no problems. 
The only changes I have made was upgraded to IMail 6.04. Any ideas why it is not 
working?
