But this just happened all of a sudden. She was reading her email and after she
pressed "BACK" button, for some reason, she can no longer access to the email page.
This happened last Monday and she wasn't able to access that page
(http://mail.bsu.net:8383) ever since then.
Can you try to open up http://mail.bsu.net:8383 and see if the page pulls up or not?
