This one is debatable as to whether or not it's a bug (since it only crashes if you do
something you're not supposed to do). Either way, of course, it shouldn't crash the
server.

That's bad. The only time I've seen a problem with a malformed E-mail was when it was
view in web messaging in the preview pane. Have you sent tech support the offending
E-mail, so they can determine why it was crashing?

I don't see why they wouldn't; they have a number of other sets of templates on their
web site that were designed by others. I doubt they have the time to design
professional web templates that match the look/feel of the websites for all their
customers.

Well, that answers one of my questions above. It sounds like IMail is aware of the
problem and is working on fixing it. If you still have a copy of it, and wouldn't
mind sending it to me, I would be interested in looking at it to see what is causing
IMail to crash (and see if I can reproduce it here).
