Can anyone help me with this? This error started today for one account. I was checking mail without a problem this morning, then this started. I stopped the pop and smtp servers then started again. The following error still occurrs: <An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Hisnibs', Server: 'mailhost.ihosts.net', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800C013A> Previously the error had included a statement "wrong state" or improper state. I only got a glance at this. I deleted mail out of the box in case something was malformed there or too large. Now mail is piling up again and I can access it only thru IMail Client.
