I think I know what it is. I installed two applications today. Ultra Admin
and Network Viewer 1.1. One of those my have screwed it up in the same way
as Dr. Solomon's and Norton's Anti-virus programs can.
Though I have uninstalled them the problem is still here. Ultra admin
installed Active Directory Services. I was not aware that Active Directory
could be installed on NT 4.0.

It caught my attention and I had intended to ask another group about it.

about the error is "0x800C013A". That code doesn't appear anywhere in
Microsoft's Knowledge Base (search on either 0x800C013A or 800C013A), so it
sounds like a problem internal to Outlook.
