"relay to local users only" is NOT a "security" option but SPAMMER
bait. Imail's only sure defense against relay hi-jacking is "relay
for addresses" + "UNcheck SMTP AUTH reporting" + anti-spoofing of
ip's at border router. But spammers don't spam at Imail at port
26, since that's not the standard SMTP port.

If Web Shield at port:25 is an open relay, then talk to your Web
Shield supplier about how to close it.
Take a look Mail Essentials for SMTP from www.gficomms.com. They have
anti-relay in their anti-virus solution.
